Job fair offers Hundreds of Jobs and expert facilitated Job search, Career and Entrepreneurial Workshops

Toronto, ON, July 27, 2005 - Adventa Job and Career Expo 2005 will be held on September 08, 2005 (Thursday) at the conveniently located Holiday Inn located at Woodbine and Steeles (7095 Woodbine Ave.,) between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm. It is expected to attract more than 50 employers from a variety of sectors, career professionals, employment related service providers, and thousands of jobseekers.

Job search is a complex and sometimes demoralizing process. This event helps job seekers in their search for an employment of their choice.

Tharsi Yoganathan, Partner and Director for Marketing and Sales at Adventa Job and Career Expo, announcing the plan for this year’s expo said, “This year, several large companies have already confirmed their attendance and have expressed their interest in interviewing job seekers at the Adventa Job and Career Expo”.  OMNI Television and CMR FM 101.3 are two of the event partners for this year’s Adventa Job and Career Expo 2005.

Abi Singam, another partner of the Adventa Job and Career Expo Inc., said that in addition to an opportunity to meet with prospective employers, job seekers will also benefit from attending an impressive lineup of workshops. “We will feature more than twenty five workshops including a section called ‘MyBizInc’, a workshop series focusing on providing information and guidance to those interested in starting a new business,” said Mr. Singam.

FranNet will be available to offer tips on selecting a suitable franchise opportunity.

Workshops on Job search techniques, resume preparation, networking, interview skills, various career opportunities, and career training are some of the other topics that will be covered during the day.

In addition to presenting a workshop on Effective Résumé Development, Audrey and her team of résumé writing professionals at Resume Resources will be providing free résumé critiques and job search advice,” continued Mr. Singam.
