Job and Career Expo 2004

Adventa Job & Career Expo 2004 attracted more than 3000 people and 40 exhibitors. Event partners of this expo included Employment News, OMNI 2, CMR FM 101.3, TVi, and several community news media. Last year’s event, held at the Ramada Hotel and Conference Centre, was also packed with Sixteen (16) useful workshops for job seekers. Job seekers were also able to avail free resume assessment services from CareerPro Canada Inc. The event also received extensive post-event attention in Metro news, Employment news, FM 101.3, OMNI TV and several other community news media outlets.

Some useful information about our attendees (Collected at the Adventa Job & Career Expo 2004)

• Majority of the attendees were in the age group of 20 to 40

• 64% of the attendees had a bachelors degree or a masters degree

• 43% of attendees were from Toronto, 30% from Scarborough, 13% from Missisauga and 12% were   from York region
